Can I earn membership points by shopping online?

For online shopping, $1 = 1 point.

Every 20 points can be exchanged for $1 in cash. After redeeming $1, you will receive a discount code (enter the discount code when paying for your next order).

Can I change my membership information online?

What should I do if I forget my login password?

Members who use email as their login account name:
If you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password" on the "Login" page, and then enter your registered member's email address.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We will process and arrange the delivery of your order within one to two working days, and the delivery time is subject to the delivery time of SF Express.

How do I pick up the goods at an SF store?

After receiving the "Pickup Notification" text message, follow the text message to the designated SF store to pick up the package.
When picking up the package, please present the "Pickup Notice" as proof.
After the staff verifies that the name on the package is correct, you can sign for the package.
If you entrust someone else to collect the items on your behalf, the person collecting the items must also present the "Pickup Notice" to the staff before they can pick up the items.

What is the latest time for door-to-door delivery?

The normal latest delivery time of SF Express is 19:00 on the same day, and 18:00 for outlying islands.
If there are special circumstances, you can call SF Express to make an appointment.

我沒有收到「取貨通知」短訊,怎麼辦?

The "Pickup Notification" SMS is only applicable to SF store self-pickup or SF Smart Locker methods: If the goods have arrived at the SF Store or SF Smart Cabinet but you have not received the "Pickup Notification" SMS, you can directly inquire with SF Express Arrangements for picking up the goods.

What should I do if I fail to pick up the goods at the "self-pickup service" location within the collection period?

If the customer fails to receive the goods as scheduled due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements. SF Express may charge additional administrative fees.

Why was my order submission unsuccessful?

Your order may not be submitted successfully due to credit card related reasons. Please verify with the card issuer first and then contact us for more assistance.

What should I do if I place an order twice?

Please contact a customer service representative as soon as possible for assistance.

When a product is out of stock, when will there be a restock message?

If the product in the shopping cart is sold out after the order is confirmed, in this rare case, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and indicate that the product has been sold out. Other products in your order will be shipped as usual, but the payment for related sold-out products will be refunded.

Returns and refunds

After I receive the package, I find that the product is inconsistent with the order. What should I do?

If you find any problems with the goods, please email the order number, registered name and phone number to cs@ohora.com.hk within 7 working days of the receipt date to contact us for follow-up.

How long does it take for the refund process to be completed?

Generally speaking, if the order is received, the money will be refunded to your payment account within 14 working days after receiving the returned goods from you.
The actual arrival date is subject to the bank/online payment system processing cycle.

Can refunds in process be directly used against new orders?

Sorry, your refund cannot be used to redeem new orders. Please be patient and wait for the refund to arrive.
