ohora HK offers the following delivery options:

All shipments to ohora HK use SF Express.

*We do not provide delivery services to other overseas areas at the moment. If necessary, please contact us.
#The total net bill value refers to the amount after deducting used shopping coupons, member cash rebates, other discounts and shipping charges.

*The free shipping service does not include remote area surcharges and import taxes arising from overseas orders**, and the relevant costs will be borne by the customer.

** Import Taxes : Our item prices do not include any taxes, duties and VAT at the delivery destination . Customers are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, taxes and destination VAT that may be imposed. If required by the destination country, it is the customer's responsibility to complete the import customs formalities to have the delivery released.

shipping time

ohora HK's office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (excluding Hong Kong time GMT+8/public holidays). If the order is successfully confirmed before 9 am on working days, we will open it within one to two working days. Process and arrange shipment within days. During price reduction periods, holidays or bad weather, orders may take longer to process.

Delivery time will be affected by shipping arrangements, weather and local holidays or festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other factors. The actual time is subject to the delivery time of the transportation company. ohora HK is not responsible for related delays.

If the order information is correct and the shipped goods arrive at the SF Express station/smart locker, ohora HK will not be responsible for SF Express and subsequent arrangements and does not assume any responsibility.

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order is paid, and ohora HK will not be responsible for incorrect addresses on the order.
